Although we have never had cause to, we reserve the right to cancel or rearrange an event and this is only likely to happen in exceptional circumstances. In the event of such a cancellation, we shall refund within our Participation, Cancellation, Transfer and Refunds Policy.  We will endeavour to contact all attendees wherever possible, through contact details given to us at time of booking.
